Manage day-to-day operation of retail store
Manage, coach and develop team in setting and achieving operating, customer satisfaction and people development goals
Oversee all decisions related to retail operations
Prepare and manage targets, and goals and ensure direct reports have appropriate information and resources needed to be accountable for results
Responsible for cost, efficiency, waste, quality, safety and environmental management for all retail operations
Work closely with the Management Team on goals, and future product innovation
